We are looking for an energetic and ownership-driven HRBP who can manage both people experience and HR operations end to end.This role is not limited to HR admin or engagement activities. The person will be responsible for employee coordination, onboarding, HR records, engagement, workations, employer branding, and day-to-day people support in a remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, documentation, records, and HR trackers.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance data, reimbursements, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Act as the go-to HR person for employee queries, coordination, and support.
- Build strong employee connections in a remote work culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate workations, travel, vendors, logistics, and employee communication.
- Support employer branding through LinkedIn/content ideas, employee stories, and culture posts.
- Work closely with managers to understand employee concerns, follow-ups, and people gaps.
- Maintain HR data, reports, checklists, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bring structure, energy, ownership, and follow-up discipline into HR processes.
