HR – People Experience & Engagement

What You’ll Be Doing
Virtual Office Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination in a remote setup
- Act as the go-to person for employee support and queries
- Bring structure, clarity, and energy into a virtual work environment
- Manage communication flow across teams
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal updates
- Maintain a seamless and professional employee experience
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and execute engagement initiatives that people actually enjoy
- Build strong one-on-one connections with team members
- Act as the pulse-checker—understand moods, challenges, and motivation levels
- Work closely with managers to make teams more human-centric
Social Media & Employer Branding
- Manage and create content for internal and external platforms
- Showcase company culture in a creative and authentic way
- Bring fresh ideas to position the organization as a great place to work
Payroll, Records & Data Management
- Assist in payroll processing with high accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, documentation, and databases.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle end-to-end documentation (onboarding to exit).
- Maintain proper records across all HR touchpoints.
- Ensure compliance and process adherence.
Workations & Travel Coordination
- Plan and manage team workations and travel logistics.
- Finalize venues, bookings, and experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth execution.
HR Data, Tools & Systems Management
- Support decision-making through data-backed analysis and reporting.
- Work across multiple HR tools, spreadsheets, and platforms.
- Quickly adapt to and manage new software and systems.
Who You Are

Prerequisite
- Own laptop
- Strong and stable internet connection
- Ready to travel 25-30 Days.
This role involves 8 hours of daily work on Zoom, with audio and video enabled to stay connected with the team.
