What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Virtual Office Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination in a remote setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Act as the go-to person<\/strong> for employee support and queries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Bring structure, clarity, and energy into a virtual work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage communication flow across teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain a seamless and professional employee experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

     Employee Engagement & Culture Building<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Design and execute engagement initiatives<\/strong> that people actually enjoy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Build strong one-on-one connections<\/strong> with team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Act as the pulse-checker<\/strong>\u2014understand moods, challenges, and motivation levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Work closely with managers to make teams more human-centric<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Social Media & Employer Branding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Manage and create content for internal and external platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Showcase company culture in a creative and authentic way<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bring fresh ideas to position the organization as a great place to work<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Payroll, Records & Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Assist in payroll processing<\/strong> with high accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Prepare and maintain employee records, documentation, and databases.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Employee Lifecycle Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Handle end-to-end documentation<\/strong> (onboarding to exit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Maintain proper records across all HR touchpoints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Ensure compliance and process adherence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Workations & Travel Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Plan and manage team workations and travel logistics.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Finalize venues, bookings, and experiences.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Coordinate with vendors<\/strong> to ensure smooth execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              HR Data, Tools & Systems Management <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              • Support decision-making through data-backed analysis and reporting.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Work across multiple HR tools, spreadsheets, and platforms.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Quickly adapt to and manage new software and systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                • Strong communication skills<\/strong> (you can connect with anyone, easily)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                   Prerequisite<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Own laptop<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Strong and stable internet connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Ready to travel 25-30 Days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    This role involves 8 hours of daily work on Zoom, with audio and video enabled to stay connected with the team.
