If managing tasks excites you\u2014that\u2019s good.&nbsp; But if <strong>building connections, creating experiences, and influencing how people feel at work<\/strong> excites you more\u2014this role is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Virtual Office Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination in a remote setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the <strong>go-to person<\/strong> for employee support and queries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring structure, clarity, and energy into a virtual work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage communication flow across teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a seamless and professional employee experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Employee Engagement &amp; Culture Building<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and execute <strong>engagement initiatives<\/strong> that people actually enjoy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong <strong>one-on-one connections<\/strong> with team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the <strong>pulse-checker<\/strong>\u2014understand moods, challenges, and motivation levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with managers to make teams more <strong>human-centric<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Social Media &amp; Employer Branding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and create content for internal and external platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Showcase company culture in a <strong>creative and authentic way<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring fresh ideas to position the organization as a <strong>great place to work<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payroll, Records &amp; Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in <strong>payroll processing<\/strong> with high accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain <strong>employee records, documentation, and databases.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Employee Lifecycle Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle <strong>end-to-end documentation<\/strong> (onboarding to exit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain proper records across all HR touchpoints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance and process adherence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Workations &amp; Travel Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and manage <strong>team workations and travel logistics.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalize <strong>venues, bookings, and experiences.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with <strong>vendors<\/strong> to ensure smooth execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HR Data, Tools &amp; Systems Management&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support decision-making through<strong> data-backed analysis and reporting.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work across multiple <strong>HR tools, spreadsheets, and platforms.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quickly adapt to and manage <strong>new software and systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High on <strong>energy, enthusiasm, and positivity<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naturally <strong>creative<\/strong>\u2014you don\u2019t just execute ideas, you generate them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable with <strong>Excel \/ Google Sheets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone who enjoys <strong>talking to people and building relationships<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong <strong>communication skills<\/strong> (you can connect with anyone, easily)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proactive and self-driven<\/strong>\u2014you don\u2019t wait for instructions\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone who believes HR is not about policies, but about <strong>people<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Prerequisite<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own laptop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong and stable internet connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ready to travel 25-30 Days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>This role involves 8 hours of daily work on Zoom, with audio and video enabled to stay connected with the team.<br>This role isn\u2019t for someone who wants to just \u201cmanage HR tasks.\u201d It\u2019s for someone who wants to shape how people feel at work, every single day.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HR \u2013 People Experience &amp; Engagement&nbsp; This is not a typical HR role.
